Please note: groups are asked to give damage deposit upon check in in the amount of 90 eur / 100 US dollars per person which will be given back upon check out if no damage.
Tourist tax is not included in the price an will be collected in cash upon check in.
If needed deep cleaning, more than usually cleaning, it will be charget 350 eur.
As we charge per person groups of 11 or under 11 persons will be given 2 floors not 3 floors but they will be the only one on the property.
